African Traditional Rhythms

Djembe Workshop 1 (Djembe-djundjun)
A complete djembe course that teaches 10 traditional rhythms with an effective method. This workshops teaches djembe group rhythms step by step, with detailed explanation of each rhythm. Patterns are presented individually and in group performances for 4 players. Each rhythm is for 2 djembes (small and large djembe or ashiko), djundjun with bell, shekere and solo djembe. Rhythms incl. shiko, ibo, kpanlogo, fanga, kundabigoya, yamana, ashiko, djole, akiwowo & agaya. ( Video, audio & notation for each exercise )
